Shellybobbins receives gifts from Theo Paphitis at Boux Avenue Metro Centre Newcastle

 What a FABULOUS way to start your 40th Birthday !! with a tweet saying Happy 40th Birthday from Theo Paphitis  I SCREAM when I saw this !!!

 The crowds !!!! So many there & then all cheering when Theo came out ~~~ YAY !!!

 Everyone was cheering !! I was cheering & shouting THEO !

scissors came out and the ribbon was cut, Theo went right to the back of the store, where everyone queued up for pictures !!

Just before this picture was taken it was a "Theo" !!! hugs kisses and a "Shelly" !!! I was SO thrilled to go and support Theo, Theo meet my hubby, shakes hands with Mr bobbins too, he supports so many others it was lovely to go and support & share the opening of Boux Avenue in Newcastle Metro Centre.

                     The Store's GORGEOUS so don't wait, go and have a spend & treat yourself ! Theo has the most fabulous staff too, met a really lovely lady called Julie, nothing was too much trouble, felt really looked after, we had such a good natter I will be back next month to see you too lovely lady, good customer service these days has to be 110% a lot of places don't even look at you when you walk in, never mind speak ! Not with Boux Avenue every ones so friendly, very helpful ! it takes shopping to a whole new level

 Handing Theo his Birthday Gifts I did say "Don't Open Till Tomorrow" Bless him Theo did say "You shouldn't of" but thank you so much  Handmade & Personalised

This is when I burst into tears very overwhelmed as Theo gave me flowers & gifts too how wonderful, I couldn't believe it & totally speechless, hubby taking pictures & press taking pictures, what an AMAZING day!

In the last 10 months I have come to the attention of two very prominent business people!

On Sunday 31^st Oct. 2010 I saw a few tweets about a competition @TheoPaphitis was running: between 5.30pm-7.30pm he was inviting you to tweet about your business including the #sbs tag and of course @TheoPaphitis so that he could find it J He would then chose his favourite six sites and RT (retweet) them to all his then 60,000 + followers later that night!

This was my entry:

I did it quickly near the end of the first session, little knowing what it actually meant… Then congratulations started to flood in and I realised I’d won!

Hits went up on my site and I definitely gathered more followers and orders on notonthehighstreet.com/moobaacluck increased. Subsequent winners have made far more of the opportunity than I did at the time – contacting media for example. It really is a new democratic way for the small business to be noticed. A virtual business revolution!

Reading one of @Shellibobbins tweets on Wednesday 29^th June 2011 I found out that Jacqueline Gold was about to start a similar process of “Women on Wednesday” – literally that day! I thought I’d enter #WOW and I won the very first time!!! This is what Jacqueline wrote to me and all her thousands of followers:

@Moobaacluck Love the concept of “handmade happiness”. Beautiful, well-designed website.”

This means such a lot especially as I had only recently designed a new shop site myself.

This time I blogged about it on my new site which I had already updated with a gorgeous #sbs badge. Later this week Jacqueline sent me a #WOW badge which also looks stunning on my site… and the hits on my website quadrupled on the day I won J
